1. Background

The Tpysoo.com website and all related platforms are operated by Australia Group Limited, in partnership with TLC and Charity Partners, under Australian law. These terms apply to all Members and users.

2. Scope

• These terms govern your membership, account, and all purchases and interactions with Lotteries.

3. Membership Eligibility

• You must be 18+ and legally allowed to join in your location.
• One account per person. No applications for others.
• Prohibited for employees, family at same address, current Members, or residents of Restricted Countries.

4. Membership Application

• Registration is only possible via our official Registration Page.
• You must provide true and complete information.
• Membership begins after approval and account activation.

5. Identity Verification

• Verification of identity, age, and residence is required to withdraw funds and may be requested again at any time.
• Personal data may be processed by third-party providers for compliance and security.

6. Member Obligations

• Keep your account information accurate and secure.
• Act on your own behalf only, comply with customer standards, and follow all terms.
• You may end membership and close your account at any time.

7. Lottery Products & Purchases

• Lottery rules and these terms govern all ticket sales and prizes.
• Purchases are only valid via Lotteries Channels; offers may be declined without explanation.
• No purchases on behalf of others or reselling tickets.

8. TLC Products & Subscriptions

• TLC tickets are resold with a service premium; sales not allowed to Queensland residents.
• AutoPlay and Subscriptions require sufficient funds and continue until revoked by you.

9. Syndicates & Lotto Party

• Syndicate shares and Lotto Party tickets are subject to lottery rules and only valid when a ticket is issued.

10. Prizes

• Prizes are credited after verification. Major and Division 1 prizes may require extra documentation or supplier checks.
• Physical prizes require your cooperation for delivery; risk transfers on delivery.

11. Account Funds

• Deposits require approved payment methods; minimum deposit is $5.
• Withdrawals need identity verification. Large prizes require extra checks. No credit is offered.
• Fees, charges, and currency conversion costs are your responsibility. No interest paid on balances.

12. Inactive Accounts

• Accounts inactive for 13 months may be charged a monthly maintenance fee until the balance is zero.

13. Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breaches or risk. Funds may be withheld until resolved.
• If closed, funds are returned after identity checks. Ongoing tickets are entered in the draw.

14. Responsible Gambling

• We provide tools for spend limits, self-assessment, and self-exclusion (min. 12 months). Unplayed tickets may be refunded. Support available.

15. Privacy

• Personal information is processed according to the Privacy Act 1988 and our Privacy Policy.

16. Intellectual Property

• All content and trademarks are owned/licensed by us. No reproduction or exploitation is allowed.

17. Liability & Indemnity

• Our liability is limited as per these terms. No liability for indirect or consequential losses. You indemnify us for losses from your breach.

18. Changes & General

• We may change these terms at any time; continued use means acceptance. If you disagree, you may close your account.
• These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Notices are sent using your account contact details.
